Next evening when I sit in meditation after 10 min of concentration I felt my body gone feathery light I didn't feel my hands and body and found that my breathing becomes shallow that I even couldn't perceive it.I then after 20 min of concentration I felt on top of my head there is pressure symptoms,after a little while I was in a different plane not known to me previously, but I still tried pull something out of it.after a while I found a floating door frames.I was afraid of going forward to enter it ,then my spirit guide appeared ask me to enter.he went inside and disappeared. I was still confused.A door just like a checking frames installed at airport security I saw from all side it didn't leads to any way,but I faithed on my guide and cross the door it has three stairs .After crossing it ,oh my god ,I found my self in different world.A very beautiful island with beautiful waterfalls,very charming white light,there was a palace  seven story high ,a huge park in front of it and there was a river which cut the park in two equal half,what a place people there were in white uniforms they saw me and smiled........

One evening when i was sitting in meditation I had very good experience I want to share it.I started concentrating on third eye with eyes closed. I felt a tickling sound in my ears ,a small point of light in front of black screen appeared .I started gazing it .after some time this small pin sized light changed into swirling tunnel.I took a risk entered into it.within fraction of seconds I found my self in space with stars and planets revolving around me.I started uttering god's name and then took a leap upwards then came a plane with white clouds with extraordinary light coming out of it.I ascend upwards then I found two tunnels I took right tunnel,by idea that "right is always right.I found my self in palace in which floor is filled with running white fluid.I followed the passage and confront a big sized lady with eyes closed but her third eye wide open and these features of her fritened me I came back to my body.
              Next morning I went to see my spiritual guru and explained her my last night out of body experience. She smiled and replied"she was your inner guide ,everybody has one of her soul guide.So go again in your dream out of body meditation and greet her and ask for help and knowledge.
                 I did the same ,she smiled at me my inner guide she took me to a palace where one man accompany me .we saw a man 50 ft tall white face man with sharp cutting terrible eyes wearing black gown.
He offered seat to my inner guide and man who lead us inside.they had a little conversation with him but I was unable to interpret it.He look at me angrily I felt that he will tear me apart.But he let us go.
                                                Again I visit my spiritual master and told her  about my experience she replied "to move in higher plane permission should  be granted from kaal who is the ruler of this world.He permitted to go up.So you are lucky that you can go further high.

           I am here to share my experience of out of body travel .First I like to share my life in short .I was born in a spiritualist family and from childhood they forced me to bow before god ,make prayer and ask for help.But I thought to whom we are entertaining which we didn't see in our lifetime.We worship god because our elders did the same and when I asked them did anyone have seen the god they said"we don't see with this human eyes ,we are so sinfull that god didn't want to see us or one day when your prayer will be heard god will come to your dreams and give evidence that god will solve your problem soon.
         But I am a kind of atheist who don't believed in god.It feels like we waste our time unnecessarily in worshipping idols which didn't response in return .I have a curiosity too, when I saw people who certify that they have seen God talking to them.
             I thought that they are some kind of jerks who have low self esteem ,and to make a identity in society ,they play with faith of people towards god
         So  in search of truth about god I started various methods and almost every  method to find the great figure who control our life whether he exist or not .To tell the truth about concept about god.
         I have started reading scriptures,meditating for long hours when I was just 10 years old. I got some changes in my body after that.My body shooks violently every five or  ten minutes and my fellow classmate feels that i am suffering from problem.I got feeling of severe headache that didn't got any relief from medicine.I got strange feeling that sky is closed and I have to break this shell some day.I met some strange people in my dreams that have 30 feet height they came to meet me ,and show strange islands where sun is not there but still light is there which slight yellow I can't explain that trance feeling.I roam in that island every time whenever I slept in meditation.I saw some people approached me but I didn't understand  them why they come to me because they don't talk .They just smile at me
